Tweeting for Prayer

by Paul on June 19, 2008

Twitter is a powerful tool for spontaneous communication. Finding specific topics in this massive global conversation is almost impossible.

Summize, http://www.summize.com, changes everything. This Twitter search engine allows me to search for tweets that use a particular word or phrase.

Quick exercise (You need to have a Twitter account):

  1. Open Summize.
  2. Type ‘pray’ (without quotes) in the search box.
  3. Scroll through the search results and find requests that grab your attention.
  4. Pray for them.
  5. Reply to their tweet and let them know that God loves them and that you prayed for them.

Let me know what happens by replying to this post.
